Refund policy

Refunds and Returns:

Thank you so much for trusting Fishers' Design co.! We truly appreciate your interest in our small graphic design company. We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from our store so please let us know how we can fix/correct any issue that arrises. 

Returns:

Please note that all returns, including packaging, are to be paid for by you (the purchaser). Returns are to be requested within 30 days of purchase and must include a purchase receipt showing this. 

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed once each case is seen and qualifies for a refund as per this policy. If you believe you should receive a refund but it was denied, please send us an email and we would love to go through it with you!

Questions or Fixes:

If you would not like to fully return and refund your purchase, yet there was an issue with shipping, or some type of damage caused in transit, etc. please reach out to us through the contact us or through fishersdesignco.com to fix the issue. Please include as much information as you can as well as photos for proof. As stated, we always want you to be 100% happy with your order and our small store so we are more than happy to send you another item or something in exchange.
